Mary has received her BA in Social Work (and is accredited in field social work) from Winthrop University, and was awarded her Master of Arts degree in Education from The Citadel in Charleston, SC. She has worked within the SC educational system in both Charleston and Chester counties as a Special Education teacher for nearly 15 years.
